Hi Frank, I went to the web site. Gotta say it`s really cool. I`m definitely gonna bookmark it for myself when I do start looking or considering selling. But the layout and the detail that seem to be in the web site appears to contain the right amount of information and is organized and easy to get around. But I guess as I recall the outstanding effort you put to sell my condo for me 6 years ago. I still remember and tell people how difficult and unwilling to co-operate the tenant at the time was in scheduling appointments to show the property. For whatever reason, maybe he was disappointed that he might have to move depending on who bought the place, we just didn`t see eye to eye with other. You, on the other hand, found a way to communicate with him and successfully and quickly sold my property. I think you showed my tenant that you cared about him. Frank, five or six years after the fact, I am still impressed with the job you did and probably would expect nothing else from you than.
